Personal Background:
Mary has a background in the Recruitment, Media / Entertainment and Coaching Industries. She spent 11 years in recruitment/career industry before pursuing a profession in Career and Business Coaching. Mary has been self-employed for over 12 years in which she has successfully set up and managed three companies (a Recruitment Agency, a Charter Cruise Business and a Coaching Practice.) Over the years, she developed strong business relationships with organisations, such as Optus, Seven, Austereo, 2WS, Mix 106.5, Fairfax, 2GB, Logical Solutions and Paxus. Today she still owns and manages a Charter Cruise Company and a Career & Business Coaching Practice.

Mary is a professionally trained life coach, having qualified as an Accredited Life Coach with Results Coaching Systems. These qualifications are recognised by the International Coaching Federation of Australia.

Mary chose this career path because of her love of business and people. She has a passion and natural talent for inspiring people to do well for themselves.
